Is my personal data confidential and protected?

All our users’ data is strictly confidential and can under no circumstances be sent to third parties or used for commercial purposes. Only competent authorities have the power to request the transmission of these documents in the event of ongoing legal proceedings. Your details are stored with the biggest Swiss providers. They are stored in Switzerland and are subject solely to Swiss law. Moreover, we have taken out specific insurance coverage of up to CHF 150,000 with a big insurance company that is also Swiss.

Is it possible to edit my personal data? (Postal address, telephone number)

Yes, you can edit your details in your customer area at any time. In the event of a change of address, you must simply send us new proof of address.

How can I close my Ben S. Digital Change account?

How long do you keep my personal data after closing my Ben S. Digital Change account?

No, the IBAN provided is not in your name, but in the name of the company Faniro SARL.

Is it possible to create several Ben S. Digital Change accounts?

No, it is not possible to create several accounts under the same name.

My account has been pending confirmation for over 48 hours, what should I do?

We normally approve accounts within 24 hours or we revert to you within the same time frame if the application is incomplete. If the delay proves to be longer, please contact our customer service team.

Can I add a beneficiary? (child, parent, partner)

Yes, you can add a beneficiary as long as your name also appears on this account.

Is it possible to delete a saved bank account? How?

Yes, you can add or delete your origin and destination accounts from your customer area.

Where is the IBAN sent by Ben S. Digital Change?

You will find it clearly shown in your customer area, we urge you to copy/paste it onto your banking platform to avoid any mistakes.

I have forgotten my password, how do I create a new one?
